
About Jeremy Werden
I started my Airbnb management business in 2020. Soon-after I started buying properties with rental arbitrage and co-hosting. Within the first 12 months I build my Airbnb business to 6 properties under management (of which 3 were owned).
I went full-time in May of 2021 when my Airbnb income doubled my job income. That's after starting 12 months before!
My short-term rental portfolio now consists of the following:
(I) ownership of seven houses, (II) management (co-hosting) of four vacation rentals, (III) arbitrage of three units, (IV) Airstream Glamping Rental (V) rental fleet of seven boats, (VI) custom software solution, BNBCalc.com, for Airbnb investors.
We are on pace to pull in 1.2 million this year and my bottom line income, or cash-flow, will be about $360,000. That's about 6 times what it was with my previous job!
